FAQ’s (Flies Answering Questions)

  • We can take care of the outdoors, eaves, foundation, windows, etc, if you're not home, but we can't spray the inside without you.

  • We treat inside and outside, the foundation and eaves of your home, and any problem areas you are having. If there is an area you want us to avoid treating, just let us know.

  • We use a lawn granular during each of our full service appointments to treat for general yard pests. Many companies up-charge for this service, but we don't.

    We do offer a yearly grub treatment, just ask us for details.

    We currently do not offer tree service at this time.

  • For our Bug Eater and Eat’em All plans we come out quarterly plus additional sprays as needed. You are covered all year so if you have an issue let us know!

    For our Mosquito plan we come out monthly plus additional treatments as needed.

  • In emergency situations we can come out the next business day.

    In most cases we will be there within four business days.

  • Every chemical we use passes rigorous safety testing. Additionally, we use targeted treatments and products specifically designed to minimize risks to pets and children, ensuring an effective solution.

  • It’s true, we don’t use contracts to lock you into long term service agreements.

    We operate on a month-to-month basis. If you ever want to cancel just give us notice 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. No fees, no hassle, simple!

  • Give the treatment a few days to kick in and the bug barrier to start working. If you see bugs after that, call or text us, and we’ll be right back out.

  • All you have to do is let the solution dry, we recommend about 30 minutes.
